Are all tours all-inclusive?
Yes, though some tours may have additional drink packages available for purchase at the time of booking.
What does all-inclusive mean?
All-inclusive means that food and drink, plus a 15% gratuity to the restaurant servers, are included in the price of the tour.
Can I order extra drinks during the tour?
Indeed you can, however, keep in mind that this may effect your ability to eat and drink everything that's already included on the tour.
Do you offer alcohol-free options on your food tours?
Yes! All tours offer alcohol-free options.
Are the tours good for picky eaters?
Our tours are designed for foodies specifically, so that’s not something we’ll promise. If you are interested in seeing whether a tour is suitable for yourself or others, please review the tour menu included on each tour page before making a decision.
Are kids welcome on your tours?
Yes, but our tours are really meant for adults, so there isn’t a kids menu on offer and children attending are expected to be well-behaved.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free tours?
At the moment we do not.
Do you offer dietary substitutions?
Generally, no. Our tours are designed around a set menu. That said, if your group has a person with a food allergy, please contact us and we’ll see it there’s something we can do to accommodate you.
What is the maximum capacity of your tours?
12, but we can host up to 32 for private tours.
Do you offer tours in languages other than English?
Japanese is available for private tours.
Are your tours rain or shine?
Indeed they are. That said, under extreme conditions we may need to cancel a tour. Otherwise, dress accordingly make sure to bring an umbrella.
How can I redeem my gift certificate?
